Mara Hippo Lodge [Masai Mara Game Reserve]

The Mara Hippo Lodge is located near the Ololaimatek south-side of the Mara Triangle. Its one of the most beautiful lodges to be found within and around
the world famous Mara Game Reserve.

Accomodation is within suspended cabins equipped with beds, bathrooms and toilets. The lodge offers a choice of excellent dishes serving a wide range of international cuisine and a mixture of African delicacies and has a well
stocked bar where you can relax and quench your thirst after your
long drive to the mara or after a breathtaking game drive.

In order to harmonise this beautiful game laden landscape, the lodge has put in great effort to protect its greatest asset, the environment. So all architectural structures at the Mara Hippo Safari Lodge have been designed to compliment the magnificent surrounding.

This is to ensure that from every verandah, nature celebrates its glory with breathtaking
landscapes ranging from the gentle rolling grassland and hills to the dense
tropical flora dotted with game as found no where else in the world.

The lodge is set on a beautiful landscaped garden inside the Mara Game Reserve. The lodge is small and therefore caters for a limited number of guests so as to ensure
personal attention to each and every guest.
