Tamarind Camp - Tarangire National Park, Tanzania



			Tamarind Camp is a safari camp located in the fourth biggest national park in Tanzania, Tarangire National Park, which has very diverse habitats, supporting an equally rich variety of mammals, birds and flora. It is perfectly positioned in a grove of beautiful Acacia Tortilis trees , within 200 acres of Acacia woodland and bush, which is constantly evolving into an ever more stunning setting, right on the boundary of the park.

Accommodation in Tamarind Camp is in 5 double and twin customised safari tents, beautifully and tastefully furnished with tents having beds with 6" mattresses, luggage rack, safari chairs, mats & soft furnishings in individual style, solar lanterns and a dining room with waiter service.

In addition to this, there is a campfire area and locally furnished dining tent for breakfast, lunch and romantic candle-lit dinners. Guests participate in activities such as night game drives, day and a half day game drives in Tarangire National Park and cultural interaction and visits to Mangati pastoral peoples on the edge of Lake Manyara among other activities.
