Holiday Inn Hotel ,Nairobi - now renamed Southern Sun Mayfair Hotel.

The Holiday Inn Nairobi which has been taken over by the Southern Sun Hotels group, as from July 2010 is known as Southern Sun Mayfair hotel. This is a 4 star hotel set in over 10 acres of landscaped gardens in the Westlands area of Nairobi, about 20 kms from J.Kenyatta International Airport.

The hotel buiding was originally made in 1945, and used for other purposes, but went through extensive refurbishments to provide guests with modern facilities, and it still retains the understated charm and elegance.

Guests can look forward to experiencing the traditional warmth and hospitality for
which Holiday Inn is renowned. All 171 rooms have sat TV, radio, telephone,
tea/coffee making facilities and private bathroom.
